My apologies for not having committed this to memory by now... but when does Jersey Week fall in the month of November or is it October???

Thanks!

It's in Nov.I'm not exactly sure but I think it's the first week? Maybe the second? Somebody from up there will know the exact answer! :)

Its the first full week of November. We were "lucky" enough to be at WDW that week in 2002. MK and MGM were soooo crowded. DH kept saying, "I thought this was the off-season." I told him there is no longer an off-season at WDW. We kept running into people from NJ and they told us that the schools close down that week because of elections and a teacher's conference.

They call "jersey week" the week in november when the schools in NJ are closed on thursday and friday for Teachers Convention in Atlantic City.
This always coincides with Election day, which is always the first tuesday, AFTER THE FIRST MONDAY of November....soooooo, for 2005, it will be 11/7 - 11 (those are the mon-fri dates). This year it DOES fall on Veterans Day, but this is the first time I can remember that being the case and I have gone every year for the past several. Last year it fell on Halloween week...which was awesome for Mickeys Not So Scary Halloween Party. We have had GREAT weather that week too!!!!!!!!!! :earseek: :earseek: :earseek:

2005 NJEA Convention, Nov. 10 - 12, 2005.

We have been during Jersey week 3 times - we love it! Great weather, crowds not bad at all - especially compared to summer crowds.
