when is Epcots big celebration?

I thought I remembered somewhere that there will be a big celebration at Epcot in the future? I'm thinking it has to do with the 25th anniversary of Epcot?

Does this sound familiar to anyone? If so, any info as to what year or time frame this will be?

Since Epcot opened in Oct. of 1982, that would make the 25th anniversary fall in 2007. Since Disney likes starting its celebrations the previous Oct., I'd expect something to start in Oct. of 2006. I would be surprised if we see anything major as far as new attractions or rehabs before then. The only attraction that has been started and will be finished before then is Soarin'. You might see something done to the Living Seas, but if they keep losing sponsors, the likelihood is greater that attractions will be shut down, as with the rumors about Wonders of Life.

The Millennium Celebration a few years ago was centered at EPCOT, but I haven't heard about any future celebrations going on there in the future.
