Chloe has her first swim lesson tomorrow night - It was supposed to be last week, but we both got strep - she is really excited

Those crowds were thick. I didn't get upset with them, there were just a lot of people.

This could possibly be a new Disney series - Treehouse Friends. Each week, a new friend drops in. Literally.

Bella was heartbroken that night. She is so synonymous with mingos now for several reasons.

The mingo is also now the official DIStown mascot, too. I have even heard rumors that people send phone pictures of mingos to other DISers. I got 'MINGO-ed' by Wigd on Sunday afternoon on the way home from Alabama.

I got MINGOed too - so funny. Here is another one.

Yeah I think I sent you a pick of Mingos also on our last trip. We just cannot see a Mingo without thinking of her.

So sorry there have not been regular updates. Life is just plain busy lately.

Even though I have changed pools, somehow I find myself returning to the waterpark to help out. I don't mind because the Hello Kitty pictures were taken there and it is really a fun place to work.
This week is Spring break and the place was crazy most of the week.

I have training classes stating up to teach so the next few weekends are busy. I worked last weekend a big meet and a total of about 63 hours for our "week" Wed-tues. Took Thursday off and was busy catching up with all the things, I want, need and have to do.

Had to work a half day today and I am off until ... Well either Tuesday or Wednesday of next week.

I was supposed to be out of town conducting a training with a friend but the class numbers dropped so he did not need me. I was actually thankful since I am a bit wiped out from last weekend and all the "busy" I had yesterday.

Since I already have the time off approved I might as well take it and take care of myself for a bit.


My hope is to get all caught up around here and then get on with the show.

NYE is next. And the day is not WITHOUT drama. SNIT alert.

It felt good to throw away many sacks of 'stuff'. I did do some schoolwork, too, but only when it suited my mood. So, even though I did not get a WDW spring break trip, I lived, and it's okay. We're down to 11 weeks in our wait now, and financially, we're a lot better off for having stayed home.

I look forward to the next batch of pictures. We can keep reliving December until June gets here.

I think I am taking the time to just relax. I learned the hard way last year that not taking the time makes me a real crabby patty. ( Spongebob reference there)

MeMom, I'm thinking I need to get one of those Mingo toppers just because!! It's pretty cute and will give us a chuckle every time we look at it. Besides, I'm needing a new antenna topper since my pink princess Minnie years are....well, let's just put it this way, you can hardly tell what it was at one time.

Between the worst summer (90 days of 100 degrees or higher) and the laser car wash, it didn't stand a chance. I look for the pink when I go out in the parking lot, and the mingo will work perfectly!

you need a new one every once and a while. I finally found a way to get my monorail on my car. It took a bit of twisting but I got it on there.

I am working again this weekend but it should really be slow enough for me to get something up.

70 days until the next Disney trip and I hope everything will will slow down way before then. Last week was busy... this week should be normal, then busy again through 2 weekends and then it should let up again.
