When I shared SWA drink coupons with Corryn

Back in the spring I shared a few packets of SWA drink coupons with 3-4 disboard members. I received very nice PMs thanking me from each person. I was just tickled to be able to share them with people as passionate and excited as I about going to Disney World. I got a happy feeling just thinking they'd be able to get that drink on their way to my favorite place. Well today, I received a package in the mail from "Corryn", a fellow disboard member from NY, who I had shared the coupons with. Inside was a green Mickey conservation tote! She also enclosed a little note thanking me again for the coupons. What an unexpected and fun surprise! It was completely unnecessary, and I was so touched by her kindness and thoughtfulness. I feel sprinkled by pixie dust and have been walking around with a smile and happy heart since opening that package. This is my public thankyou to "Corryn". You have made my day! The simple joys and surprises in life! I'd give you a hug, if I could!

It's always nice to hear of DISers giving to other DISers. That's what makes this community so wonderful. Thanks for sharing with us.

Hi Susie!!!
I got your letter a few days ago and I just sent you a PM thanking you for thanking me
I just have to say that what I have done is in response to what others have done to me, too. There was a DISer who sent me a copy of Illuminations because I lost mine, so when I got back from my trip, I sent her a copy of the Pirates of the Carribean cd that I purchased.... although I'm wondering if she appreciated the one with the pig oinking the theme song as much as I did Over the years there have been others who also shared something with me and me with them.
I think it just boils down to the fact that here on this board, we are free to be the Disney Addicts we really are, without anyone saying, Oh, you're going back THERE AGAIN!?!?! Aren't you sick of it yet?
Ugh... How many times have we heard that one?

Taking the time to purchase a little something, then going to the post office to mail it out is as exciting as receiving something from someone else. It's not sent in vain, and we know it will be appreciated and used!

So to you, SusieSnowflake, and all the other DIS'ers who go out of their way to treat others like you would be treated, this one's for you!
