When has a Disney park become too small for expansion in your opinion?

I'll bite. I think that every park in WDW has room for expansion. With that said, I thnk that it will take a very long time to expand all of them, if they choose to do so. I do think that Epcot has a lot of potential for changes and updates without adding one foot of additional space.

I think OP means- when is a park maxed out by its size? After the current work in Disneyland park, and with everything that's already squeezed in there, I don't think it will have any more room to grow.

Yeah, DL is getting there definitely and it's a bit sad to see as well. Because there are so many cool things that could be done that there's just not room for either in DL or DCA...

As for WDW, there's still room and at DLP they have plenty of property to expand on as well.

Makes me wonder if they've been taking expansions in consideration at the newer parks too (Hong Kong and Shanghai)?

Walt realized this proper almost immediately after DL in California opened. It is a mistake that has not, nor do I believe ever will be repeated. It has been at great expense that Disney has purchased the resources needed to expand in California as much as they have
