When does the Disneyland Hotel release inventory to DVC for the next year?

I am trying to book at the DLH for the Star Wars Half Marathon weekend (Jan '15) and I tried to book it but the agent said it hasn't been released for 2015 yet. Does anyone know when they release that to DVC to book?
