Have an ADR at Crystal Palace at 8:05 before the park opens at 9. Do we have to wait until 9 to get our stroller?

I have picked up strollers at both MK and Epcot around 8:00am before 8:15am ADRs. For an 8:05am ADR, they will let you in the park around 7:50am.
