When does MVMCP sell out?

or does it? DF and I and his family are going to WDW the week before Christmas. We are waiting to find out FBIL's exam schedule before we make the reservation. We want to go to MVMCP Dec 18, 19, or 21. When do these dates usually sell out? We will not know his exam schedule until after labor day... will this be too late? Sorry for my ignorance, I have never done MVMCP before. Thanks for your help

I've noticed the past couple of years when we've been to Disney during Christmas times the closer to Christmas sell out. Usually if they have a party on a Friday night they sell out. We've usually go during the middle of the week and they're not sold out. Hope this helps!
