When Does Haunted Mansion Holiday Open?

Planning a trip for possibly September 2016 but want to make sure HM is open if we go then. Historically what is the latest they have reopened HM after closer to install the overlay? Do you think the 3rd week of the month (9/19/16) would be a safe bet?

Yes I think you'll be safe. Halloweentime usually starts the second Friday in September which will be the 16th in 2016. HMH always opens on the first day of Halloweentime.
