I was just looking at the 25th and all the Disney hotels are sold out. Most around the area are also few and far between.

So I know Easter has a big affect on the crowds. When does the vacation start and end for most of Europe or the area where people are coming from?

We do want to get to the park not during a peak time.

We are odditys as we don't get any time off directly at Easter but they are on holiday now until the 18th and then again for Easter from the 13th April - 13th May :rotfl:

Thanks for letting me know your dates. That is a long time into April.

Tell me about it lol! I'll be very ready for DS to return to school (and so will he!!)

My kids are on Easter hols from 23rd March - April 8th. And we are in DLP from 25th - 29th, so I hope it isn't absolutely heaving.

Oh no! :( I was so sure that nobody would have broken up yet. Does this mean next weekend will be rammed?

This weekend will be even more than usual because of the St Patricks day celebrations and the following one will be too as it's the Press Event weekend for the new season :)

every Saturday and Sunday at DLP generally are very busy.

That's surprising. I figured that during the period of the £9.50 Sun deal (Jan-March) it was relatively quiet. On our last trip in 2011 it was absolutely empty on a Sunday. No more than 30 people ahead in line for anything.

Right - will have to pack the reins for the small one!

I think the parks have got much busier generally since 2011. I did my first whole weekend at DLP in March 2011, and while Saturday and Sunday were definitely busier than the weekdays, things were still manageable. I was there over a weekend last month (which included some European school holidays) and it was very busy, much busier on both days than I'd experienced on a Saturday or Sunday before at DLP in previous years.
