When does AKV Concierge make sense?

thanks for that info! we actually never book or want savanna view. We have rented points for years in a studio in Jambo house always requesting pool view. We are trying to decide on whether we want to book a regular DVC studio or try out the CL studio for April, our last choice would be just staying in a Value! My family loves both! Next April will be our last family of 4 trip before oldest graduates high school. We are not buying DVC points we rent and never had a problem with that, it works super great for us! Thanks again for the info and pictures!!!

DVC CL needs to be booked at 11 months before arrival and even then availability may be limited.

True. I just checked availability for the 11-month window (check-in's on 4/4) and 4/4 and 4/5 are already sold out. OP. if you really want to book AKV CL you will have to find someone with AKV points that will work with you and who is willing to get your reservation as soon as the 15th comes available and is willing to waitlist you in case it is not.

yes I know its tough to get, we always book with a person who owns there so I know the 11 month window. In years passed I had been asked by the friend if we wanted that because it was available, we just were not interested. It may or may not be open I know but I was just researching where those rooms face for reference in the even that we choose to go that way and it is open. Thanks for the replies, again was just wondering if some face the pool

They may have to walk the reservation. That means checking each day to find an open first day and booking the entire length of stay. Then calling MS each day and dropping the first day and add the last day. Hopefully the person you book with will do that for you. It might be the only way.
