When do you think we'll get another Star Wars movie after the Skywalker timeline where...

I hope that eventually they will get into that era, but I don't think it will be too soon. I would love to see it though!

It would only make sense, as there was a period for both sides where the Jedi were at their strongest and largely went unchecked until the Great Jedi Purge, and a 20+ year reign of the Galactic Empire followed that event, even though there were not that many actual Sith/Force users among the Imperials.

I imagine there will be a period now where both sides have been pushed to the edge of extinction and need time to recover, but both will eventually return to the galaxy at large, and there will then either be a period of balance and fragile peace between the two forces as they continue to rebuild (I.E something similar to the Treaty of Coruscant, albeit less in the Empires favor), or their return will spark another war.

It's definitely something I've thought about. I envisioned something like Ezra Bridger returning form wherever he went at the end of Rebels, having raised a new cadre of Jedi with their own fleet. At the moment of lawlessness in the galaxy after the destruction of the New Republic government, they come in, already with some strength behind them, and fan out to solve some problems as the galaxy finds it's footing. Could be a lot of fun!

Love the idea of Ezra coming back. Can't wait to see what all happens in the Ahsoka series.
Just re-watched several of the SW Visions. None of that is canon, but several seem to be set in a future when it's been many, many years since the Jedi/Sith were around. Much of the lore forgotten, but they're still out there.... I think it could be nice to jump ahead a hundred years or more.

Yeah, I'm sure they have legit plans for Ezra anyway, but in my head I've noodled a story where Ezra arrives with a small fleet of ships, all named after some of the great Jedi masters, like "The Kenobi." Ezra would be much older, but have a group of Knights ready to defend peace and justice as needed. Toss onto that the next attempt at organizing a galactic government, and of course some bad elements to fight (but not an Empire/First Order redux), and I think you've got a pretty good foundation.

I did really like the Visions where they are summoned to that space station to receive light sabers, but the only roblem with it was it was written like the pilot episode of a series instead of standing alone. I'd watch more of it though!
