When do you have to pay the balance on a room-only reservation (at PBH)?

They charged a 1 night deposit when I made the ressie online, but the confirmation does not say when do we pay the balance. Is it at check-in? Check-out? In advance? And if it's in advance, do I have to call or do they automatically do it? TIA

We paid balance at check in. You can also request room charges be allowed and leave a deposit for that. I was using my debit card, so this was very helpful. I just put a set amt on my acct, and then added throughout the week if I got close to my limit (which I did WAY too often)

I put CC on file and just let the balance go through on it at checkout, as long as i am happy with it.
if you want to pay in advance before you arrive, you need to contact them for an Advanced Payment Form, they will send it via email, fill it in with the amount you want to pay and FAX it back to them, i have done this on a few occassions

I just stayed May 6-9th and used my visa to make the deposit 2 months ago. I had to give them the visa to put on file for the remaining balance and any room charfes added from dining and so on, but final balance did not show up on my credit card until May 11th - 2 days after I checked out.
My sister used a debit card for her room upon check in and said it was taken out of her account the day of check-in.
