When do you get the Navigators?

I'm curious about when and how one gets the Navigators. Do they bring them to your door in the wee hours of the morning (like a hotel newspaper?) I'd love to read it first thing in the morning. Do they also bring the kids' one or will I have to go to the Club to get that? Can you get it the day before? I'd like to be able to plan ahead.

You get one left in your stateroom.

When you return to find your beds turned down you will find you navigator for the next day waiting for you also.

The childrens Navigators are printed for the week and are available when you sign the children in to the clubs. The General Navigators are placed in your room every evening around dinner time (about the same time the towel animals appear).

Suggestion - take a colored highlighter (a different colored one for each family member) so that you can mark what you are interested in going to. By color coding you can, at a glance, find what/who you are looking for.

Your navigator arrives the evening before so you can start planning tomorrow's activities today.

Then there is the embarkation day navigator. You recieve one at the port when you check in. Thats a "highlight" navigator. There will be the "real" embarkation day navigator in your room once you board that has EVERYTHING for the day on it. If you are at the terminal before boarding, I would suggest going to guest services and getting the "real" navigator once you board, since they won't let you into your room until later in the afternoon.

Also, they only put 1 copy of the Navigator in your room at turn down. For extra copies, go visit the "front desk" for the daily Navigator - they are sitting on the counter. I know each one of us wanted our own to mark up and then a nice clean copy for our "scrapbook".

Thanks for all the quick and precise answers. They were exactly what I was hoping for : being able to plan the day before and not having to go to the Kids' Club each morning for a new one. I should have known DCL would make it easy.
