I check my air reservation online but that's it. I have written confirmations on the hotel & car, I don't reconfirm. I would reconfirm a limo a day or two before, both ways.
I'm planning to call when things settle down from the hurricane. I don't know if I'll double check my resort, since I've received about 14 confirmations (literally, lol), I think they have that one down pat. My PS have changed so many times, I want to make sure I have what I think I have. I will confirm with FL Tours (towncar service) probably two or three days before we leave, but I have heard they will call me; can't say for sure tho.
I will be confirming our flight online and calling to confirm with Tiffany Town Car. I believe you can request a printout of your PSs at check-in (if on-property), which I will do.
Yes, you should! I've learned the hard way. One trip they made my PS for the day I was calling, not the day of my trip. It can happen, so confirm everything.
I arrive at WDW on 10/10...I plan on calling to confirm everything (resort, limo, airline, PS's, outside hotel for Sea World, grocery fax list) between 10/1 and 10/9. Hopefully that will be alright.
I don't confirm anything. I have all my confirmation numbers with me so it shouldn't be a problem. Once I had a PS and when getting to the podium they couldn't find me. Once I whipped out my handy confirmation number sheet and gave that to them they found me.
I just finished my PSs, so I created a credit card-sized spreadsheet with the date, the reservation and the confirmation number. Everything is on there - airline, town car, CDS, MVMCP, meals, etc. I found a great pic of Mickey in a chef's hat which I put on the back side and laminated it. It fits great in the ID holders from WalMart that everyone recommends.
