When do they serve the Flank Steak at Boma?

Hi,
DH LOVES the flank steak at Boma but we are unsure of the days it is served. The past 3 times we went, sometimes they have it and sometimes they do not. Does anyone know the specific days? Trying to make PS's for our February trip.

On a recent trip they had it both Tuesday and Saturday evenings, at least.

I've always had the flank steak at Boma. Most recently we dined there mid-week, a Thursday I believe.

I call Boma before each to so I can make sure we can get the flank steak. The last time I called was in October. It seems to always be on the schedule for Tuesdays and Fridays.

We just ate there 3 weeks ago on a Saturday night and they did not have Flank steak that night. They had a very tasty prime rib but no flank steak. My only complaint with the prime rib was the pieces were cut very thin for prime rib.
