We are driving from AZ to DL on a Sunday (not leaving until afternoon) and our first day in the parks will be Monday. We have a character breakfast at 7:30 and then the park opens at 10am. We got our tickets from Getawaytoday so we need to pick them up at the ticket booths. Wondering if we can do it Sunday night or, if we wait until Monday, what time do they open? I don't want to be late getting in the park because we were waiting to get tickets! TIA! :worship:

What time will you be getting in on Sunday night? The ticket booths are usually open pretty late - I don't know the exact time, but it is either until park closing or just before - so you might have time to pick up tickets on Monday night.

If not, you should have plenty of time to pick up the tickets Monday morning. Usually they give you 90 minutes at a character breakfast, so you would be out of there just after 9:00, and the ticket booths should definitely be open by then! You could have one person go get in the ticket line, and then the rest of your group can get in line at the gate.

I was wondering the same thing. Has anyone done this?
I was wondering if you need to use them that day or would it be OK to just pick them up for the next day.
Thanks

I had the same question a few months ago and called DLR directly. They open when the park opens. If it is a MM day they open at that time or within 15 minutes. At least a few booths are open till the park closes at night.

You don't have to use them that day. The next day or anyday they are valid would be fine. :thumbsup2

Are you sure that you pick them up at the ticket booths? I thought all will call tickets were picked up at guest services.... make sure you know the difference. Guest services I know closes at 5PM on the dot. They are located directly to the left of the DL main gate and next door to the little souvenir kiosk type place that is half in the park and half in the esplanade. And don't forget to bring your paperwork with you with your name, confirmation information, etc. and your picture ID.

A month ago (March 12, 2008) I spoke to Guest Relations at DLR (714-781-7290), and I was told that the ticket booths open 30 minutes before DL park's regular opening time, and they stay open until 30 minutes before DL's closing time.

(For example, if DL park's regular hours are 8:00 am to 11:00 pm, then the ticket booths would be open from 7:30 am until 10:30 pm.)

(On Magic Mornings, the ticket booths still open 30 minutes before the regular opening time. For example, if the Magic Morning starts at 7:00 am, then the ticket booths would open at 7:30 am.)

On Sunday, May 5, DL park's regular opening time is 10:00 am, so the ticket booths should open at 9:30 am.

Whenever I have spoken with GetAwayToday, they have always said that the tickets should be picked up at the ticket booths. This can be confirmed by calling GAT at 1-866-FUN-TRIP. :thumbsup2

HTH :earsboy:

We are using Alaska Vacation package and it says on the sheet that with ID you can receive your tickest at any Main entrance ticket Window.

Thank you everyone! We will probably pick up our tickets Sunday night because the park is open until 11pm so the ticket booth should be open until 10:30! 21 days and counting!!
