Ok, ok... i know i'm jumping the gun a little bit. Does anyone know approximately when the tickets go on sale? Looking to go on Halloween night, and i know they usually sell out fast for that night.

To give you a background story, we just got back from WDW on Dec. 4th, saw the whole trip through my camera, took almost 900 pics... so i'm planning to go back next year. This is the second time we have gone at Christmas, went to MVMCP both years... looking for change of scenry. Heard the halloween party is really fun... looking to go Oct 30 - Nov 3... hoping to not run into alot of crowds that week.

Anyway, thanks for your help! :P

Merry Christmas Everyone!

They went on sale in May of this year so I am guessing it will be around the same time next year.

Keep watching the boards. There is usually some "unoffical" release of what dates they will be held. Last year they went on sale May 1st, this year April 30th so keep your eyes peeled. There will be posts a good couple of weeks before hand.

If memory serves me, tickets were available April 30 or May 1, 2005.

We went to MNSSHP this year for the first time, also on Halloween night. It was a lot of fun. I think I prefer the Christmas party better, but mostly because I'm such a Christmas junkie. The tickets don't sell out TOO quickly. We actually didn't book our trip until late May/early June because I bought the airfare as a surprise for my husband's late May birthday. I think we bought our Halloween tickets sometime in early to mid-June. So it's not like they sell out within a matter of hours.

I would advise that you get some of the candy from the trick or treat stations. We were all adults, and I felt silly walking around to get candy, but at the end of the night, they were passing out some DELICIOUS candy bars on the parade route, and I was kicking myself for not getting more goodies! The parade and fireworks were a lot of fun!

We went about the same time that you're planning to go, October 29-November 3. The crowds were not bad at all. Most rides we were able to walk right onto, with brief waits only for the most popular ones. We thought there were more people than early/mid December, but not by too much. There always seem to be more crowds on the weekends, no matter what time of year it is, so keep that in mind.

You're not silly to ask so early. I'm doing a search to see when I can buy my tickets. Thanks to your post I don't have to post the same question. Posting here so I can subscribe to the thread and hopefully know when to call to purchase.
