When do Christmas Decorations go up?

We are looking at going next November and want to see the hotels decorated for Christmas. Also if it won't be decorated yet that will play into our decision of where to stay. If the tree is up we would much prefer Jambo house over Kidani Village. So when do Hotels typically decorate? And when do the giant trees go up at the parks? I know that MVMCP starts early Nov but didn't know if everything is decorated by then.

After the weekend that EPCOT's F&W ends and the week before Thanksgiving starts, Disney starts to install the decorations.

In past years, it seemed that some resort decorations were being installed the week before Thanksgiving through the week of Thanksgiving.

I think it depends on all of the schedules, you have transportation, decorators, maintenance, electricians, and food services who participate in the decorating.

The decorations change each year with most of the major pieces used but smaller trees and decorations being changed or removed. At BWV now, the lobby is different, trees are missing outside, there is a ginger bread sales kiosk as the main display, boring.

So for the early Christmas parties are there no decorations up for them? Or is MK the exclusion and it gets decorated early? I've only gone to a MVMCP in Dec. I've not been down in November before.

I quite likely won't be vying for my home resort (SSR) for this trip so I doubt I will score a week in early December but was hoping to see decorations as my kids LOVE big trees.

Other than the main tree.
MK is fully decorated for Christmas by the 1st MVMCP in November.

I think this year was the 1st time the MK tree was installed fairly early in Nov. (past years always waited post-parade taping because the tree got in the way of cameras.)

Do they announce months ahead of time when the taping will be? I'd prefer to miss it, especially with parties already limiting good MK days.
