when do christmas decor go up

hi all i apologise if you all have read this a thousand times..but i am planning a trip at the end of november and was wondering when exactly all the decor for christmas goes up..

We were at WDW over Thanksgiving this year and all of the decorations were up, very cool to see, especially the Osborne lights... DO NOT MISS them if you like xmas decorations... Out of this World.!!!!

thank you good to know..we went last year in december and saw the lights..they are fantastic...just wanted to make sure we would get to experience the decorations the whole time we are there.....love them!!!
