When Did I get Voted Off of Skinny Island #2: Castaway's Land Ho!!!!

Good Morning everyone!

August 9
Breakfast: coffee with creamer, 1/2 grapefruit, cream of wheat. 6pts.
Lunch: beef stew, corn on the cob, blackberries. 5pts.
Snack: granola bar. 3pts.
Dinner: turkey burger with f/f cheese, garden salad with Lt. italian. 9pts
Snack: granola bar. 3pts.
Total: 26 pts. I double checked the WW books and the 25-27pt range sounds about right, so I'm on track.

64 oz of water: mission accomplished. I'm working through that caffeine addiction headache. :headache: Knew that was coming though. It held off until bedtime and no sign of it now, so we'll see how today goes.

Veggies - Done
8/9/10 - Done

Excercise: 2 miles (give or take a 1/4 mile, we lost count because we talk too much) Legs held up okay, but BOY was it hot.

I'm going to have to go back and read from where you guys got started and get to know you all better AND see how you've been doing it. You've got some fantastic success going. :woohoo:

Oh, and I'll try to up the water intake today. If I'm supposed to be getting half my body weight in ounces - OUCH! That's a bit more than 64 oz. I never heard that before. WW always said 6 glasses - which works out to about 64 oz. and I find that difficult to follow through on. I haven't been doing myself any favors the last couple years.

I don't have any inspirational quotes, so I'll just wish everyone a GREAT DAY TODAY! :cheer2:

B: Coffee with cream, boiled egg 4pts
L: Subway ham sand on wheat, baked lays 10pts
S: Veggie Fajita 4pts
D: Grilled chicken, carrots & green beans 6pts
S: Watermellon 1pt

Total points: 25

August 9th Done!
Veggies Done!

I need to do a better job of planning my meals. Yesterday, I planned what to have for lunch and left it on the counter at home. Which explains the Subway sandwich for lunch.

Hope everyone has a GREAT day!

Sunny :sunny:

Woohooooo! For all the losers!

Dawn- Way to get back on track!!

Jane- I haven't heard of it either, you may try posting about it on the main board, someone is bound to know about it. :goodvibes

Sheree- Very cool that you were able to maintain your loss on vacation!

Heather- Isn't it an awesome feeling to pass people while you're walking??? I'm out in the boonies, there's one man I see jogging maybe once a week, but that's it! I do occasionally go into "town" and do a popular walking loop, but other that it's usually just me, a couple neighbors I wave to on the way by while they have their coffee, and the cars I pass every day!

Michele- I get the meals a lot, more out of easiness than anything else, esp with Piper gone. I've heard of a lot of people throwing chix & salsa in a crockpot, then using it for fajitas, etc. Might be something to think about, definitely easy, anyway.

Patrick- Glad it helped! I can only imagine how nice it must feel for your friends and teachers to be noticing your loss. :)

Dana, Susan, and Sunny- Way to go on starting things out with a bang! Susan- the caffeine headaches will go away, I promise! When I started I was drinking 6-8 cups of coffee a day, now I don't even make a pot! I may have some when I go to visit my mom, but that's it!

Good day here so far, I got up at 6 and walked in the pea soup..I figured I could either be steamy or be steamy and frying. Steamy def won out! I can't wait til things cool off some! 50 envelopes to finish up and I'll take those back, and probably hit Kroger since there isn't one around here, but there's one right beside the company I write them for. Might try to get a swim in this afternoon as well. I was really munchy for some reason yest, thinking it may be TOM on the way since I was up almost 2!! lbs this morning!

Tracking-
Breakfast- Eggbeater omelette w/ RF ham and FF cheddar, 100 cal english muffin.
Lunch- Salad w/ chix breast & LF ranch.
Dinner- Roast beef & RF swiss on sammie thin w/ tomato, baked cheetos, carrots, yogurt.
Snacks- 100 cal mocha frap, pineapple, peaches, RF ice cream, kashi cookie.

Cals- 1657 (1500-1850)
Aug 9th- Done!

I went back a ways and re-read...had to after reading that Tlenz had Harley pee on the floor and I thought it might be her husband! :lmao:
I've decided to focus on my walking and not running for the time being. I enjoy my walks and want to keep it something I enjoy and not something I dread.I think that sounds like you have a good idea of building yourself up for success and if it is working, jeep up with it!!! On a side note, I noticed today that one of my moles is looking funny, going to call my Dr's office on Monday and see about getting it checked out just to be safe. I lifeguarded outdoors for about 4 yrs when I was younger, and got sunburnt more than once, so I'm a bit paranoid.
I just got a mole removed on my back a few weeks ago. No lifeguarding for me but a ton of sun and a ton of freckles now to show for it! Mine was fine but I tend to be a worrier and my new thought process is just to deal with it versus obsess over it. It has helped that natural worrier I am a lot! Let us know!!!! I am sure you will be okay!

At 7am on my way to the store for things I forgot, I made breakfast (stopped at McDonland’s) then on my second trip to the store for more things I forgot, I had a bag of Cheetoes. At the party I had a big plate of my mom’s scalloped potatoes and of course I enjoyed a piece of cake the size of a small animal. :cake: After everyone left and I had cleaned up I sat down with my second plate of potatoes and then my second piece of cake. She is in bed now and the rest of the family is getting ready to watch a movie. I guess I will send this day out in flames and pop some popcorn popcorn:: ….don’t forget I am doing a very low carb diet.
This whole post made me laugh because that could have been my posts a bazillion times! Good for you for owning it and great for you for the mental awareness not to let it derail you forever!!! You are a strong woman!!!

I REALLY can't go over my daily points tomorrow or I'll be down and out for the week.
Great job being aware of your points!!!!
So in the business my hubby is in, we eat A LOT of wedding food.
I may have missd it while gone but what does he do???
What's the best way to get started here? :goodvibes
Welcome and glad you jumped in here!!!! Great job!! :cool1:
My life gets a whole lot busier from this point on...anyway.. Somebody Kick Me please, because I fell off the raft today, and am rapidly sinking in the ocean.. I need motivation.
So tell us what motivates you? Sounds like you liek to know you inspire others and that you do on this thread!! Anything else?? :confused3
First Name and Screen name:Sunny SunnyB1066
He you!!! I hope you find yourself here a lot!!! We missed you!!! :lovestruc

I've been fighting a losing battle with my weight for the last 15 years and would like to get back in control. This is my first visit to the WISH part of the boards and you all have inspired me. Hope you don't mind if I join you all.
Heck to the no!!!! Welcome and I am super glad this new chapter has brought along some new faces!!! It is nice to grow and get new perspectives!!!!

Looks like we're all getting started together. What plan are y'all following? I'm going to try to do Weight Watchers without going to meetings. I've joined 3 times in the last 2 years. The first time I lost 25#'s and then gained 15#'s back.
I'm still 15 down from the first time I started. Got to go and plan my meals for the week. Maybe if I have things planned, I can stay on track.
To all:
Personal ramblings of a woman heading back to WW!

I just re-joined WW for the 3 rd time. 1st was probably 13 years ago, then 2 times in the past 2 years.

I get the humiliation part but I promise you that the humiliation is a self imposed one and not from others here or through WW. The day I started there were 5 other women and all had been there before. That is not because WW plan does not work, or any other program I believe, it is just that we as human's don't work the plan.

Food is such a hard addiction to break. You need it to live, it surrounds you all the time. If my drug of choice was alcohol or illegal narcotics, I could choose to surround myself with people and places that did not include those vices.

Food though, is never going to be escaped from and so learning to live with food, accepting you are not a failure because you want something you know you should not have and living within moderation in this gluttony filled world, is not easy.

What I find amazing is how hard I have been on myself and how much I expected perfection from my choices and how I would rather run away from WW or whatever it was and in my brain convince I made the choice to quit, versus being o honest with myself that I made the choice to bail versus saying I failed.

If I choose to leave, in my head I could rationalize I did not fail. I simply did not take it seriously so that does not equate to failure since I did not give it my all.

There is a piece in perfectionists that figure if you cannot do it perfectly, then jump ship. Often people think perfectionists have a home that is clean beyond compare and a life that is June Cleaver ready. Perfectionists are often the hardest on themselves and because they fear the failure of finishing something and having it not be perfect, they rather not finish at all so in their mind they can convince themselves that it still can be perfect if they just took the time.

I have done a lot of soul searching this past year on myself and my life and no matter what form of tracking you use or program you subscribe to, look within yourself about why it did not work before and what will be the difference this time within yourself. I needed to be ready to do the work on changing my choices and my mentality because the program is not going to work for me unless I do.

I lost over 6 pounds this week and I have followed my points, used all my flex ones but most importantly, I have forgiven myself for not being perfect. For having to use the best guess for spaghetti I ate out one night instead of obsessing over the fact that a local restaurant does not have nutrition info.

In the past, it would have derailed me to no end. I would not have enjoyed what I did eat because all I would have worried about was what I did not know versus trusting in what I did. New mental place for me and I finally feel the piece of myself that can do this versus beating up the parts of me that will fail from time to time.

I too, did sparkpeople and think it does a great job of teaching you nutritional values and best choices. What was hard was that perfectionist part of me would be fine in one category (carbs lets say) and not in fat or protein and picking apart so many areas I could fail at in a day was driving me bonkers. I never felt like a success, I always looked at what I did not do well at.

So I am making good choices with WW, went to Olive Garden yesterday and asked fro the menu and looked at the values for what I could order and let me tell you, never again will a single serving of salad be worth 5 points in my mouth!!! I also looked at the sodium values and went into coronary mode! I am using what I learned from sparkpeople, looking at good choices for points because bottom line, if it is a bad choice, often it will be higher in points and for me the biggest thing is attending the meetings.

I can hide from anything online if I want to. Weighing in and facing that number is something I need. I also like the leader and although the one I go to is 30 minutes from my house, it is worth the drive. The group is fantastic and the ones closer were like attending a knitting club. (Sorry for the knitters here but you know what I mean.)

Just like each church is not one size fits all, I do not think WW meetings or any other kind are either. If it is something you want, shop around and find what you like, don't choose it because it is close.

Ok, sorry for the rant and ramble but again, looking inside a lot to figure out why I have not lost weight if my head wanted to and figuring out my head really wanted the Twinkie has been an eye opener over the last month here!! :lmao:

[/COLOR]

So the folks on here will have to make me accountable. We can help, but the piece that will make a difference is all you!!! YOU CAN DO THIS!!!

Jen is my 25 year old daughter. She has Type 2 diabetes and I started trying to really get serious about losing weight to try and motivate her. She finally got on board and lost about 35#'s. She's doing better at maintaining her weight loss than I am. Her doc says if she loses another 25, she might be able to get off her meds.
My Dad just had a leg amputated due to diabetes, my sister who is 34 was just diagnosed as pre-diabetic and if I do not change my life, I will be there also. My DD needs to loose some weight as well and I need to lead by example instead of leading by my mouth. I hope you and Jen will support each other through this and we will cheer you on!!!
I definitely understand not wanting to go to WW meetings...I've never joined because I don't feel like I have the funds.
I looked at what I spent $10 a week on that I do not need and decided I need my legs more than that! If you can do it without meetings which some can, I applaud you! I just needed to accept I am not that strong!
Hi castaways! I'm back from vacation and subbing.
Hey girl!!! Your baaaaack!!!!!! :worship:
I hardly ever use my flex or exercise points.
A lady yesterday was the same way, never using the extra points until last week, and she dropped more last week than the past 6 months since she joined and she has lost a ton!

The leader talked about the fact she had been looking at food as bad so not taking the extras versus as fuel her body needs to do what it is supposed to do. She was exercising a lot and not giving her body the nutrients it needed to continue to stop holding what little it had.

Anyway, thought it was interesting that the switch from a food for all mentality can so easily switch to less is more and yet that extreme was also hurting her weight loss as much as the gluttony was.

I'm seriously thinking about dropping my goal weight by at least another 5, maybe 10 pounds. This week was a bit of a fluke and the weight is coming off slower now, so it may take a while to get there.
I think you can do anything you set your mind to!! You have a great attitude!!
My sister reminded me, yet again this past weekend that at her WW meetings they stress how much more difficult it is to lose weight in the summer. She told me that if I was maintaining for the month of August I should consider myself lucky. Just thought I would pass that info along here in case they are some who have been disappointed with their lack of progress as of late.
I suppose that is because we are gone the most in the summer and not home to be in our regular food environment!

What is everyone else's goals for the week?
To get out and walk at least 5 nights!!!
weight: same same same! I still retain the right to keep my tree. :rotfl:Have been stuck at a 5 pound loss since this shortly after I joined this board...
Ummm... I finally get that stinkin tree!!!!! :lmao:

I could really use some suggestions from y'all on something.....

My oldest DS is 13.
How bout brown rice with some seasonings on it vs butter? Real fruit frozen bars are a treat but 1 point on WW so better than ice cream. Protein like scrambled eggs and a piece of high fiber toast maybe?
I just reported my current weight, rather than my starting weight, since this is my first week with the thread. (Hopefully I understood it correctly and that was what I was supposed to do?)
Perfect!!!
lost 5.4 this week
I am so very proud of you!!!!!!! :worship:
One of the biggest things I learned on this thread was how much water I should be drinking every day. The formula suggested was to take your weight and divide it in half, and whatever number you get that's how many ounces of water per day you should be drinking.
That is my goal #2!!! Thanks for reminding me!!! I weigh more so I need more water to flush through my system than someone who weighs 140 pounds!!

Julie – It’s funny that your sisters leader says that its harder to lose weight in the summer. I’d think it would be harder to lose weight in the winter with all the holidays around. At least in the summer your options for fresh fruit and veggies are way up. Oh, who am I kidding I don’t think its easy to lose weight in ANY season…
Amen!!!
For those of you new to the thread – I had a really bad week last week and finally made an appt for a physical.
Glad you are getting some answers and I have no info on that diet! sorry!
My new plan is to walk every morning and then most nights with hubby.
Sounds like a great plan!!!
I got FIVE new pairs of shoes on Friday and THREE new dressy outfits earlier in the week. Some of them are DARN HOT!! I'll get some pics done up this week and post them as soon as I get the chance. Two pairs of sandals were my reward for losing 25 pounds and the rest came from my spending money.
I am excited for you to show us them!!!
I vowed never to eat another ww or healthy choice meal again. I have coupons, they go on sale, I buy them, then I am annoyed and hungry after I eat them. Little chewy "chicken" nubs! With 5 rubbery green beans! gag! I am thinking about making some chicken dish on Sundays and portioning it out for the week. Something yummy with lots of veggies and a spicy but not creamy sauce. Any suggestions? Recipes?:confused3

:)
I will try and look up something for you! The WW leader last week talked about how nobody she knows does not add something to them because they are not filling! Like a potato or rice or something!
Total: 26 pts. I double checked the WW books and the 25-27pt range sounds about right, so I'm on track.
I dropped a point with my loss so I am down for points I can eat! If I was not online, I might not have known that right away so when you head down to a new 10 spot (140's vs 150's for example) remember to recalculate your numbers!

I will calculate our totals from last week!

Anybody who has not sent me in an intro of themselves, please do so with a pic if you have one so I can get our roll call page updated!!! :thumbsup2

I hope everyone had a great night! I am 1/3 for my running goal and 1/5 for the tracking right here...

Breakfast: One bowl Fiber One Cereal

Lunch: Large Diet Pepsi, 1 ham, provolone, mayo, lettuce and tomato sub on wheat

Snack: 1 chocolate chip cookie

Dinner: Green Beans, 2 manwich sloppy joes on buns w/shredded cheddar and tator tots

Snack: 1 Nature Valley Graham Bar thingy... they are new, I can't remember what they are called.

Monday, August 9 DONE
Veggies DONE

So while I did not make the best choices foodwise I at least am owning up to it and making my way back to the island. I ran 3.44 miles last night. On the way I met some new friends for my daughter to meet at the middle school when she starts at the end of the month. A family of SKUNKS :scared1: I am trying to get thru to the school district now...

I just sent out reminders to 19 people for Monday weigh in's.

Most of them are folks who have not been here for a long while and I wanted you guys to know that if they do not respond, I will be removing them from our current roll call.

I above everyone, know that timing is everything in this journey and this thread might not be the right thread for some or the timing may be not right for others.

It is not a judgment at all if they are removed, simply a matter of making the bookkeeping for me easier!:worship:

All of us forget to post weigh in's and sending out reminders is no big deal to me. I just feel bad seeing all these empty rows in the spread sheet of people who no longer post for whatever reason and as we all know, if people are not ready for this journey, me pestering them for weigh in's does nothing.

I also get sad over that and to be honest, I need to remove that guilt complex from my life as much as possible so I feel if you have not weighed in for over a few months, than that portion of our thread is just not right for you at this time. Maybe another time and anyone can always re-join. :thumbsup2

I just wanted you all to know why I made the choice I did and get any feedback if others have differing opinions.

There is always room for more castaways on this Island and just because you swim away for a bit does not mean we will not be here when you get back. It just means that to make life easier for me, worrying about entering the weights of those wanting to post is a better use of my time than the time I spent on those not quite ready for us yet.

Please feel free to respond and I hope I did not come across biachy... :scared1:

Um hello :wave2: My name is Bree and I've been a total slacker loser not keeping up with posting on this thread for weeks and weeks now.
I have no excuse, just been busy, not turning on my computer, reading books instead. Actually I've been holding a book in one hand & eating chips with the other. I've re-gained several of the 18 pounds I lost...oh well no worries, it's just back on the old band wagon right? I know the tools to use to get them off, just need (and have done so) to re-commit.

I'm going to just try to jump back in and catch up with everyone along the way.....I'm so far behind.....

~b~

So I finally remembered to weigh-in and send my #'s to Dawn yesterday! I am so glad I did - I am -5 for the week! I am so happy with myself! I haven't even really begun to exercise regularly. I have just been trying to watch my portion sizes. I even ate crappy a couple of days - bad foods, just not a ton of it. I am trying to do better this week though. I've been packing my lunch and trying to get away from the office for a little while to eat it and have some time to myself.

I also finally signed up on SparkPeople. It is so much easier for me to keep track of my stuff on there than just writing it down.

Today is going to be a busy day. I am working until 5, then DS9 has his Taekwondo Black Belt graduation:woohoo: at 5:30, then he has football practice after that until 8 or 8:30ish. HECTIC!

I went back a ways and re-read...had to after reading that Tlenz had Harley pee on the floor and I thought it might be her husband! :lmao:

:lmao: Brent's been potty trained for a couple months now. It took a lot of work, but he doesn't go on the floor anymore. Sometimes he feels the need to water the bushes outside when its dark, but that's a whole different matter

Um hello :wave2: My name is Bree and I've been a total slacker loser not keeping up with posting on this thread for weeks and weeks now.

Hi Bree, my name is Dawn and I finally earned my friggin Palm Tree and I started this thread!!! Nice to meet ya! :lmao:
~b~

So I finally remembered to weigh-in and send my #'s to Dawn yesterday! I am so glad I did - I am -5 for the week!
So very proud Allison!!! Make sure if you want to copy and paste the Palm Tree from the second post for a 5 pound loss!!!

Dinner: Bojangles Grilled Chicken Sandwich no mayo, individual mac & cheese (533)
Man...had that once while we were in SC and that place had amazing chicken!!!

:lmao: Brent's been potty trained for a couple months now. It took a lot of work, but he doesn't go on the floor anymore. Sometimes he feels the need to water the bushes outside when its dark, but that's a whole different matter
Have you tried turning the hose on him when he does that? :rotfl2:
Check out the first page. Instead of doing WISH weight banners, we have island related weight loss pics for our signatures. I'm still debating if I'm supposed to delete mine since I gained my 5lbs back

Thanks!!!!

She is right guys! On the second post is a whole list of pictures with weight loss numbers next to them. You can copy and paste the picture that represents what you have lost and put it in your signature if you so choose. Some of us have a collection of them and some have lost so much they only use the most current!

OMG! I would so pay to see that!:rotfl2: You turning the hose on him, not him watering the bushes. See this is how Dawn gets me in trouble. Hubby just saw this and wanted to know why I wanted to see another man peeing in the bushes!

Insert Eeyore's voice please:
Sure. Blame me. Everybody else does anyway. :lmao:

Hmmm....maybe your hubby is onto something....

Tell me about your mother..... :rotfl2:

Tell me about your mother.....

You want to know about my mother...

My mother is the crazy lady that I took to Disney in April that got scared in Bug's Life and jumped and grabbed the man next to her! We were laughing so hard we could barely walk out of the theatre. We were crying we were laughing so hard. People must have thought we were nuts :rotfl2:

My mother is the one that decided since she was already wet from the rainstorm in Disney that she was going to stand and jump in the puddles and I have the pictures to prove it...

My mother is the one who at the trade show on the weekend kept walking into people. I thought it was pretty funny that she only walked into the men and the young ones at that. :confused3 I think hubby was quite embarrased but mom said that she isn't dead yet! Sure my Dad woudn't have found the humour in it.

So now that I think about it - hey Tricia is your husband young and cute? :lmao: Maybe you could charge admission - just a thought.

Young-ish... 36, I find him attractive, but there are those who wouldn't. Hmmm, I could have those that I charge to have him take it off and those that I charge to have him keep it on!

Here is a picture of us from last August, what you think?

He does videography, mostly corporate, but weddings a lot as well.

Heather – Good job on the walking! I’ll bet those seniors were jealous of you whizzing past them.

Julie – Shoe shopping! I’m so jealous. I have a wide foot so I can never find shoes at decent prices. I have one store that I can get them from in our area and if they don’t have anything I like I go without. That plus the shoes are almost always over $100 so I wear them till they fall apart.
I went out and splurged and got pink/white acrylic nails put on. I’d had them once before but had to stop when we bought a new house and the budget was tight. Well we’ve got a little more wiggle room now and I finally felt like I could afford to keep the nails up. I’ll have to see if I can get a picture of them when I get them done again.

Michele – I don’t have any official recipes, but one of the dishes I like to prepare for work is chicken (baked or broiled) brown rice, roasted veggies all mixed together drizzled with balsamic vinegar. The brown rice fills me up and you can use whatever veggies you have on hand for roasting. YUM! Also, I’ve been known to add a cup of spinach in my frozen meals to add some bulk. Most of them have a ton of sauce so they easily cover the spinach for seasoning. I just pop the spinach in the microwave on a plate covered with a wet paper towel for 30 seconds to wilt the leaves. You’ve also just increased the iron and fiber to the meal.

Dawn – I agree with everything you said in your post. Finding the right leader in WW is almost the most crucial part of the program. I loved a leader the first time I joined WW and then had to switch to a different meeting due to work and guess what? I dropped the meetings. I just wasn’t motivated with the other leaders. The second time I found a leader that I liked and lost a bunch of weight then switched to an “at work” program that was partially funded by my company. This leader was good, but I just didn’t feel comfortable opening up and discussing everything openly with the ladies at work. The online thing only seems to be working for me right now. Finding the right fit and program makes all the difference.
Regarding the “missing” castaways. I think if people haven’t sent in their weight in this week then you can bump them off the list. I’d keep their names on a separate spreadsheet so if they want to rejoin you won’t have to re-enter their info. I’d say going forward if someone doesn’t send in weights for 4 weeks than they are automatically bumped from the list. I don’t want to be mean either but it’s just a lot of work for you to send out messages each week to people that don’t respond. (you didn’t sound biachy to me).

Tricia – That is so nice of you to meet new friends for your daughter! Hopefully the district can get rid of them before school starts.

Allison – CONGRATULATIONS!!! And welcome to SP!

Bunkinsmom – (Sorry I didn’t update my cheat sheet with the new names at work yet) Hotel food is EVIL I tell you. I’m a meeting planner and have to pick the stuff. RARELY are there healthy choices.

I’m still waiting to hear back from the Dr. about my test results for the second round of thyroid levels. I can see the results and I’m more confused. Last week they were on the high end, today they are on the low end. My body is surely trying to drive me crazy. I took Jim in to get his blood work done today. He has a physical scheduled for Friday. He hasn’t had a check-up in probably 6-7 years and he hit one of those milestone years (nope not 40 or 45) a BIG number back in January and I’ve been bugging him to get checked out so he knows what is going on. I plan on living a LONG time and I don’t plan on being alone so he better get moving and stop treating his body like he’s 20.

Young-ish... 36, I find him attractive, but there are those who wouldn't. Hmmm, I could have those that I charge to have him take it off and those that I charge to have him keep it on!

Here is a picture of us from last August, what you think?

Well he is the same age as me so I would say he is young. I hope no one takes offence to this but I would pay you for him to take it off! :rotfl2: Sorry can't speak for Mom but with what I saw on Sunday I think she would be right there with me. Looks like your hubby has a couple of admirers (don't tell my hubby that):rolleyes1

You want to know about my mother...
She sounds like a lady that would have raised a daughter who would pay money to see Tlenz hubby...ya know. ;) :lmao:

So now that I think about it - hey Tricia is your husband young and cute? :lmao: Maybe you could charge admission - just a thought.
Look at you ya entrepreneur!

Attractive but the whole "gardener' aspect is not my thing...feeding me grapes in a cabana might work. If only he was a bit darker skinned and his name was Raul!
Heather – Good job on the walking! I’ll bet those seniors were jealous of you whizzing past them.

Well we’ve got a little more wiggle room now and I finally felt like I could afford to keep the nails up. I’ll have to see if I can get a picture of them when I get them done again.
I want mine done again in Sept!!!
.

Dawn – I agree with everything you said in your post. Thanks!
Well there is always a first to not sound biachy!! :rotfl2:
I plan on living a LONG time and I don’t plan on being alone so he better get moving and stop treating his body like he’s 20. Want to talk to Dan? :confused3:lmao:
