When children stay at a Disney resort do the housekeepers do anything special with the toys that children bring to make them feel special?

As everyone is pointing out here, they did pre-pandemic. Maybe again in the future.

And also, as pointed out, if you stay at POP, the thing to do is to decorate your window. It's got a great little ledge to put stuffed animals on. My daughter always loved to look at everyone's windows.

When you bring your children to stay at a Disney Resort and if the children bring stuffed animals or toys with them do the housekeeping staff do anything special with the stuffed animals and toys when they service the room to make the children special? Because when I would bring my stuffed animals with me on trips and I used to stay in hotels I always thought it was so wonderful to see my stuffed animals arranged really nicely on my bed and sometimes the maids would give my favorite stuffed animal an extra pillow for my stuffed animal to sit on and I thought it was so wonderful. So i'm wondering if Disney Resorts does the same thing to children with stuffed animals and toys to make the children feel special?

This used to be a thing, but we had longer stays than most. We would often find the stuffed animals watching TV or something when we got back to our room at the end of the day.

But as a PP noted, you can also decorate your own window and during Covid times I would probably arrange the animals myself. Most of our trips were competition trips and usually included Valentines Day so our window was a place to display trophies and hearts.

I'm enjoying reading about people's experiences On a trip a few years ago, I bought a stuffed animal Beast, and had a bear with me. Came back one night to find that Beast had, well, slain the bear.

All in all, when these were more routine, they were a wonderful dose of magic to me.
