When can you select Magic Band colors?

I have a resort reservation coming up in a few months and I saw a link in the email about booking FastPasses that says go customize your Magic Bands. When I click it there is nothing there showing Magic Bands, just tickets. I completed online check-in in case that has something to do with it. How many days before my reservation check-in date can I expect to be able to select colors? Thanks!!!

You should have been able to customize your MagicBands soon after you booked the reservation. It is easiest to do this on the website. Log into your MDE account and do the drop down menu for MagicBands and Cards. Go to that section and you should see the option to customize your bands. If you can't see it then you'll have to call Disney tech support. Sometimes there is a problem which only the techs can fix.

If the resort is booked you should be able to do it now. Are you on the app or the website?
