When can you purchase e-nite tickets?

I have seen a couple of posts about e-nite selling out. Can you not purchase these until the day of e-nite? Or can they be bought ahead of time? If so, when and where?

It doesn't look like the enight schedule for May was updated on that link. Here are the dates for May enights: May 10,17,24, 27, and 30.
