When can you book the special tours (i.e. Up Close With Rhinos)?

I see that you can now book online. Is it 60 days in advance at 6am? I thought I read that some activities can be booked at 12am at the 60 day mark. Also, does the 60 +10 rule apply? Thanks so much!
