When Can We Book Food & Wine Events like "3D Delicious Dessert Discovery"?

Just read about the 3D Delicious Dessert Discovery parties to be held on Thursdays during Food & Wine and wondered if anyone could estimate when we'll be able to book these.

From this week's AllEars Newsletter:

Two big new events were announced: 1) Delicious Discoveries First Bites, to be held on September 30, is a sneak peek before the festival opens with food and beverage samplings from the marketplaces, wine seminars, culinary demos, and entertainment. This will be a "hard ticket" event at the Festival Center, but there is no price info as yet;

2) 3D Delicious Dessert Discovery will be held every Thursday evening. This will be a dessert reception featuring both "action and prepared stations of sweet enticements" paired with wine, cordials, and coffee, followed by exclusive IllumiNations viewing. Cost will be approximately $50 per person.

I found out a little more about the event on the official site:

It runs from 7pm-9pm and the capacity is 500 guests. I'll bet it's going to be in World Showcase Plaza where they stuck the Candlelight Processional dinner package holders last year...

I'm really excited about this! I'm assuming it will be similar to the Wishes dessert party but more selections and the inclusion of alcohol. Can't wait to book it :
