When can I pay?

Am I able to pay for this wedding before I get there? I would like to pay for it as soon as I can so I don't have to worry about it. I am having an intimate. I understand that I have to have everything figured out first, but I have noticed that noone wants to take my money yet. I don't want to pay for the whole thing right now, but I was thinking maybe a month before.

When I had booked the original date for our intimate, the SM told me that all of the money was due 30 days in advance. The only thing that I had to pay the day of was the cost for extra guests.

We have paid for our intimate wedding in chunks, the last part is due 30 days before the wedding but im sure they wont mind you paying it off sooner, we are paying our last part in the next few days.

who do you send your money to? Did you have to tell them that you were going to do it this way?

Once we were assigned a wedding co-ordinator I asked her about paying by instalments and she was fine with it. What I did was whenever I had a lump sum to pay (say $500) I would ask her for a credit card authorisation form, fill this in with card details and amounts, fax it back to her, she would then put it through the system and hey presto $500 less on the wedding total.

Very easy, have a word with your co-ordinator she should be able to help you.
