When can I Make Reservations...

a.) Make reservations? Going middle of July and want to make sure we can get all 5 days we want.
b.) Make reservations for food? Not as worried about this as we do mainly counter service but would still like to make at least a reservation for Cafe Orleans.

I don't think you're in a big hurry for park reservations. I would just book after all the dates come online for reserving. I did that for our trip in early June. No issues.

Dining reservations (generally) drop at 6 a.m. Pacific, 9 a.m. Eastern time these days, 60 days out.

And yeah, you don't need to worry about park reservations exactly on 120 days or anything like that. They are nowhere near as difficult to get as dining reservations.
