When can I make my reservations?

Just read in another topic that some members make there dinner reservations as far as six months ahead.
I thought it was "only" 180 days.
Could anyone tell me please what are the possibility’s?
We booked a Disney resort and want the deluxe dining plan for May next year.

Six months and 180 days are just about the same thing (180 vs 182 days). Just different ways of saying the same thing.

6 Months seems soooooo far in the future and 180 days not.

Next time I will first do my math.
