If you book Xpress Shuttles "business class" service on-line beware! The car pictured, a Honda Element, may not be what you get. Customer service will inform you that it will be a Honda Element or Honda Odessy, but they may send an empty shuttle bus instead... not exactly "business class" quality.
They did this to my husband and I December 8, 2007. After booking what I thought was a guaranteed Honda Element because that is the only option they display on their website, we were picked up at LAX in a empty, dirty, cluttered shuttle bus. Our driver was unable to do anything and their central service could not secure us the vehicle I thought I had reserved (and paid for!) Speaking with their customer service line doesn't do any good either, they are not helpful AT ALL! Their customer service email address doesn't seem to be any good either, as I have had no response.
We used Super Shuttle from LAX to Anaheim last year with no problem - I'd recommend them instead!
