When booking through AAA do you....?

get the room discount + the free dining? Or is it rack rate with whomever you book with during the dining promotion? When we went in Feb and booked a AAA rate through Disney we were not even allowed to add the dining plan to our ressie we were told we could only add dining if we paid rack rate. Id love for someone to clarify this thanks

During the "free" dining promotion, if you book a MYW with Free Dining package with a AAA travel agent, you will not receive a discount on the room portion. You pay rack rate like everyone else. But you still receive some of the AAA perks.

BUT...if you book a MYW Package with Dining (not free) with a AAA travel agent, NOT during "free" dining promotion you should receive the room discount.

NOW...if you booked a room-only reservation through Disney, with the AAA discount, they cannot convert this to a MYW package. You would either need to cancel that ressie and book through a AAA travel agent, or have Disney convert to package and drop the AAA discount.
