Hi All, I just discovered that not everyone's spring break is the same week as my daughter's. Well actually I discovered that she is out April 14-17 for weather days and she is out March 20-24 for spring break. So, I thought I would just do a little poll to find out:

1. what dates you or your kids are out of school
2. are you planning to go to Disney during that time

Select all dates that apply to you!!

For the record, DD will be in WDW with her dad and stepmom March 20-24. I would love to go back April 14-17 but it's super peak season and we can't afford to pay cash or use DVC points for a room! We will have to find something to do with those 4 days!

April 10th - 14th , i WIDH we could go during this time but Disney blocks out every single vacation day for ( AP seasonal pass's ) I sure do wish they could at least give us ONE week in the summer but NOPE :(

March 13th-24th. We are not planning to go during spring break because of the crowds.

Our break is only the Thurs. & Friday before Easter & the Monday after.

We never go during Easter because of the crowds. (Check my signature :) ).
We just pull the kids out of school.

:cool1: :cool1: :cool1:

Were from Ontario, Canada just west of Toronto and we have ours from March 13-17. Were heading down to Florida and the sun, but not WDW this time, hopefully in Feb. 2007 at POR

March 13 - 17 and we'll be there! Our 3rd spring break! Hoping for great weather and manageable crowds like we've had in the past. We're actually leaving on the 8th!! Almost packed! :cheer2:

Wow, looks like it is pretty even across the board! Next year I may have to plan a trip for our Spring Break! It sounds like it won't be any busier than any other time in March. Since so many people go during Easter break!

We go to school year round so our breaks are longer, this year it starts on March 10 and they return on March 30.

:thumbsup2 my dd12 is out March 20-24. then she gets Good Friday off and the Monday after Easter.

March 20-24 and then they have the 27th off also. We are going in 3 days to WDW.

Our Spring Break is March 13-17. DH has to bid for vacation in November, and that week was gone when it was his turn to bid. I would have no problem going in March because the crowds estimates are lower than when we are going in August! I guess we'll see how DH's bids pan out this November and maybe go for Spring Break in '07.

I must live in a bubble. Up until two weeks ago, I had no idea kids have "spring break". We live in Pa and do not get a break. Even for easter we only get good friday and easter monday. Here I am thinknig I'm so smart booking our trip two weeks before easter. BEFORE the crowds arrive. HA. That worked out well.

Does anyone in the NE get spring break? Just wondering b/c I grew up in Jersey and we only got Easter break, the week after easter(which btw, is when mom and dad took us every year, so I'm used to crowds)

In this area of the South, (at least part of Alabama and FLorida) we only get the day off for President's day, not the whole week. So we get a Spring Break instead. (Some school districts do get a couple of days off around Mardi Gras.) And we are out of school the middle of May--which happens when you start at the beginning of August!

Our spring break is March 26-31. This is the first year it is not the week after Easter!
