When are you going in August 2006?

We will be going Aug. 19th - Sept. 1st, so I picked both weeks. When is everyone else going?

We are going 8/27-9/3! This is when we'll be at disney, we'll be down there on 8/25, but didn't want to book until 8/27 because that's when value season starts.

Aug 27 - Aug 31. This is a no DH trip. Me and my girlfriend with my 2 DD's and her 2 DD's and one DS. Can't wait!

DGD and I are taking "newbies" August 22 thru the 29th!!! Cannot wait!!! We will be staying at POFQ!! We really this resort! Cannot wait!!!!!

I hate the heat........I'm a great Northern gal! But now, it looks like we are going to put the girls in private school instead of homeschooling so I don't want to take them out. Well, really it's just the one that would be in 8th grade that I would be worried about.

But this is the last trip for a while to Disney anyway. We've done quite a few trips in the last few years, we need to see the rest of the country. I think we are going to go to Kennedy S.C. also while we're down there.

YOU are going at my favorite time of year......OCT/NOV. When we were down last Thanksgiving, I commented to my husband that THIS was the type of weather that I liked. But even on T-day, it was 80 degrees! Have fun!

We're going 8/27 - 9/2 - didn't really want to do August, but since it is value season, didn't have to take dd's out of school, and dd2 will still be "free", the pro's outweighed the cons. We're just going to have to make sure we have a cool drink and ponchos on us at all times.

Small world, all neighbors and going to be at Disney around the same time. This will be our third time in August, and I don't do well with heat but as a teacher it is a responsible time to go.

So you're a teacher.....good for you........my Sis-in-law teaches at Haverling. Hey, Ladies.........we might have to have a mini-Disney get together sometime. It's good for me to know I'm not the only Disney crazed-one around this area!
