we arrive on Friday, May 8th at like 11am on AA.

renting a car at MCO and returning it at Port on sunday. On Friday- heading to DTD, shop, Earle for lunch. Check in dolphin and then more exploring (boardwalk maybe) and dinner at Boma. doing the KTTK tour hopefully on Saturday (getting a one day ticket to MK) and staying all day sat at MK then heading to the meet at Poly that night.

We depart at like 2:30 on thursday, 5/14 after the cruise. taking the one way disney transfer back to MCO off the boat.

"WE" is myself, my parents (late 50s) and my cousin who is like a second mom to me who is my roomie on the cruise! Leaving DH and DS at home for this one, they are scare of us disney nuts! lol

Shanan (A.Mickey) and I are arriving May 8th (10am, early!) and are staying until May 21st (7pm, late!)! This will be our longest vacation ever!
We'll be staying the first 2 nights at the Dolphin (we'll have a car for this portion only), then the cruise, then 5 nights at Pop, and finally 2 nights at Boardwalk. It'll just be the two of us most of the time, but thankfully my mom is taking our son to WDW 12th-19th, so we'll get to see them for some of our trip.

It would be a massive understatement to say we cannot wait!

We are using the cruise transfers on Sunday morning to head to the port. Then it's cruise time! Woohooo!

We are staying post cruise at the Animal Kingdom Villas until Saturday, May 16th leaving in the late afternoon via Magical Express. I wish we could have stayed until Sunday, but we really need to get back so our daughter can focus on make-up work and any other school activiities.

DH and I are arriving on 5/9 in the morning...some form of transportation to the Dolphin (undecided on transportation at this point). Probably explore the BW area since we've never taken the time to do that...Beaches and Cream meet...dinner at Spoodles or Narcoossee's (undecided)...and the Poly meet and Jellyrolls.

Sharing transportation to the port on 5/10...Cruise!!

Sharing transportation back to WDW. Hoping to stay at AKL for 2 nights. Do the parks...not sure what parks, etc. DATW is a must...we may be doing the sunset safari as well...dinner at Jiko on 5/15, followed by DATW!!

5/16 - not sure what we'll do...DTD maybe...fly home mid-afternoon.

Airtran. Very early flight on 5/9 and then late afternoon flight on 5/16.

We'll be at AKV (Jambo House) post cruise as well. I think Tracy and a few other cruisers will be there too post cruise. I hope you guys decide to stay there. If time permits maybe a group of us could have a quick drink at Victoria Falls or Uzuma Springs pool bar. Just a thought.

Me - I live here. I'm not sure when I'm going home after the cruise. I haven't decided if i'm going to go home after dropping off at the airport or I'm headed back to WDW until Saturday

I will be arriving on Saturday 5/9 at about 10:00am. I can't drive a car because of my low vision and of course there is no Magical Express to the Dolphin, so I may have to take Mears. I will be taking DCL transfers to the port. (which reminds me I better check my reservation to see if I added those) Will be staying at the Dolphin post cruise and flying home Sunday 5/17 at about 5:30pm.

Leaving Saturday, 5/16 late in the day.
We'll be at the BCV on both ends.

Haven't decided on transportation yet. Probably a car on the front end (got to go buy wine, etc for the cruise), and maybe DCL transfers on the back end.

I think this will be the plan for going out to Disney. Leave after work on Friday around 4:30 PM. I won't arrive till 12:18 AM on the 9th. I am going home on the 21st. I will be staying 7 nights at Port Orleans Riverside after the cruise.
