When are you arriving at the airport MNs in particular??

We fly out early tomorrow morning from MSP. 7:30 on NWA(thank goodness no strike.) On their website they still say to arrive at the airport 75 min ahead of time. We are checking in online and printing boarding passes. We will have one bag to check. Is 75 min really enough time? I was assuming 2 hours.

Also, anyone know what time the Caribou in the airport opens? If we do need to arrive at 5:30, I am going to be needing some coffee.

If your getting your boarding passes online you'll be fine with 75 minutes. To check your bag there is a seperate machine to do that with little to no wait. I think the Caribo opens at 6 am.
