When are they starting refurb at bay lake towers

Slight panic. I see that BLT is having soft good and carpet redone this year...which is nice but we have GV reserved. Worried about the notice and so on.....

Didn't know that this was being done???? Curious to know, because I was thinking of trying to book her in the fall???

No start dates have been announced. I would not expect it to be a major project. At the most, "soft goods" refurbishment typically encompasses flooring, wall coverings, window coverings and linens. The concept art shown at the annual meeting did not seem to reflect laminate floors replacing carpet. Seems very unlikely that there will be any significant use of power tools or noise producing equipment.

It really comes down to a new coat of paint, new carpet and new linens (bedding, throw pillows, etc.)
