When are new cruises anounced? Newbie question

Hi, as a newbie, just wondering if the disney cruises are announced around the same time each year?
So, I know the 2014 cruises were announced recently - is that the typical time?
Not sure if 2014 sailings will work for us - thinking ahead of 2015...

Not to sound snippy, or anything, but DCL releases their itineraries when they feel like it.

I saw the rumor started that 2015 probably won't be making an appearance until at least November.

DCL isn't consistent about releasing the dates. Gives us all something to speculate and discuss here on the DIS. The past few times they've released the dates I've read about it here before any "official" announcements have been made.
