When are discounts available for Value Resorts in late Nov./early Dec.?

I can't remember when discounts normally become available. I'm thinking of going the last week of Nov. or first week of Dec.. I'll probably call and make a reservation now and wait to see if any discounts come out. I need to make this trip as cheap as possible and really want to stay on Disney property.

I don't remember about general codes but AP rates came out about mid to end August for that time frame last year.
