I don't know how far in advance you can book -we booked two months earlier. I rang up Disney direct and booked and paid over the phone.
I got an email two days later with all the details. This I printed out and will act as our ticket.

You can book on the french disney site upto the beginning of April 2011, it's also on offer at 29euros

If you're staying in a Disney hotel then the concierge can book you tickets etc. They also quite often have the offer in the hotel.
