When and how to book Spirit of Aloha Dinner?

My family will be in WDW for the 1st time ever from Aug.27-Sept.2.

We will not be residing at the Polynesian Village, but I'm told that anyone can book this show. We would probably like to book the 8:00 p.m. show on Sept. 1st.

How do I go about making reservations. Is there a phone number to call?

They will require a credit card number... if you don't cancel 48hr in advance and don't go they will charge the card, so if for some reason you can't go save the ADR # and call back to cancel
