JUST GOT OFF THE MAGIC NOV 9 SITTING HERE THINKING WE WERE AT CC LAST WEEK AT THIS TIME.....WHAT A WONDERFUL MAGICAL CRUISE CANT WAIT TO GO AGAIN. THAT IS WHY I AM SITTING HERE READING THE BOARDS WHEN I HAVE SO MANY OTHER THINGS TO DO

As for what has made me cry, I still can get teary eyed when I think of sailing on the Magic just 11 days after 9/11 tragedy. There was a lg. group of DISers sailing and someone had brought about 50 little American flags. As the Magic pulled out of port with a coast guard ship along us flying the US flag, we all waved our flags. It was a touching moment that I'll never forget.

I also get misty eyed at the last part of "Disney Dreams".

My 3 year old cried (sobbed more like it) when we got off the ship. She LOVED it! My 4 year old did NOT want to get off and we had to CARRY her! The other two were VERY VERY sad . The little ones still don't understand and ask almost every day when we will be on the big boat again!
It is truly "magic"al in every sense of the word.

IF I was a crier (which I am not) I'd be crying now!

I've cried alot on the Wonder, too. You'd think there was something wrong with it as much as I get teary eyed while on board!

#1 I also sailed about 2 weeks after 9/11 on my honeymoon and I cried as we left Castaway Cay. As we pulled out into sea they played a recording of Whitney Houston singing the National Anthem. It was pretty moving to hear that song as we were watching the people wearing their Mickey hands waving good bye to us from Castaway Cay....

#2 During the holiday season sailings when they have the snowflakes (or Pixie Dust as I think it is) falling from the ceiling during the tree lighting ceremony. That always gets me choked up!

#3 Anytime that darn horn blows. I have it saved on my computer and that alone gets me everytime!

#4 ANYTHING!! The horn, Disney Dreams, leaving the ship, getting on the ship, looking at pictures of the ship.... Man I need help!!
