Hello! Has anyone used another transportation service besides Disney from DW to Port Canaveral (The Dream) that can accommodate a passenger than cannot leave her wheelchair? We have a family of 14 that would prefer a private service (to make it cheaper) and all companies we have contacted the passenger has to be able to be transported to a seat. The wheelchair weighs over 400lbs and she is a quadriplegic and cannot leave the chair. Thanks in advance for any recs!

Mears has wheelchair accessible taxis - you could check with them. Minnie Van also offers rides between WDW and Port Canaveral. Both of those options may require the party split.

Enjoy your cruise!

Note that not everyone in your party would need to use the form of transportation chosen by the person in the wheelchair. The taxi vans and Minnie Vans hold up to four passengers, but the other ten of you could go with, say, a fifteen passenger van.

Honestly, I think you are going to have to split up on the way to the port. Off hand I can't think of a private wheelchair accessible option that would also handle a group that large. The only thing that comes to mind that would are the Disney Cruise Line buses. I would probably go with either Mears taxi or a Minnie Van. Me personally, I'd probably splurge on an accessible Minnie Van.
