My mom does not have her own wheelchair-even though since Dec she can no walk more than a few feet, but that is another story--anyway, we are staying 1 night at AKL and then going on the 7 night Disney cruise. Last cruise in Dec we had her use a DCL wheelchair and they were in bad condition, so we are looking to rent one that we can have delivered to AKL and then take on the cruise--does anyone have suggestions? We decided against a scooter because she is not very good a driving them and is worried about the small halls on the cruise. Thanks for your help.

If you click on where it says "disABILTIES" at the top of this page it will take you to the Index. One of the top items is the "disABILTIES FAQ" which will gives lots of useful information. Post #2 gives information about off-site companies. You might give them a call. But there is the question of turning it back in.

Or, if you want an easier route, click on the link in my signature.

I know there is a rental company near the post, but I don't have information about it. Someone on the Cruise Forum may have information about that company.

is anyone familiar with Brevard Medical Equipment-that is who the DCL concierge recommended
