Wheelchair Push Bar

Has anyone had experience using a wheelchair push bar around Disney? I'd like to purchase one for this trip and upcoming trips. It looks great!

I have not used that exact one, but I have pushed a chair with a similar pushbar before; when our daughter was in a pediatric wheelchair both my husband and I found that it made a huge difference - we weren't stooped over trying to reach the handlebars.
