Wheelchair friendly?

I am a little sad as I was hoping our next trip our child would be wheelchair free and have our first trip to disney in which he could walk without pain. Today he wound up back in his wheelchair unfortunately and I thought this was behind us. How wheel chair friendling are the following:

Camp ground
Pirate and Pals cruise

You might want to post on campground page to find out specifically about road surface conditions. My bet would be that they are paved given that they are Disney. The cruise I believe they have to transfer and chair must fold.
