Wheelchair and Candlelight Processional

We are planning to see the CP on 12/29, and have a dining package for the 6:45 pm show. My daughter is in a wheelchair and is unable to transfer. I know there is wheelchair seating, but how much? I ask because I had a very negative experience over thanksgiving where we attempted to see two separate shows with fastpass, arriving 30 minutes early, and there was no seating left for her. (Frozen and Beauty and the Beast). I am concerned that this will happen again, since from what I can tell the non-transfer seating is limited. I will be angry if I pay out of pocket for a package, and then we are unable to see the show. Am i worrying over nothing?

I found that there was plenty of W/c seating to put the w/c and people going with the w/c. However, I strongly recommend getting there half and hour at least before it tells you to be there. The closer to the front of the line the closer you will be to the stage. There is W/C seating right next to the stage.

Ok great that is what I wanted to hear. When i had walked by the area a few weeks ago, I could not tell if there was anything except in the very back row. We plan to get there 45-60 min before the show. We are seeing the 6:45 show, but don't want to spoil it by watching the 5 pm show in line. Do you think that will be sufficient since we have the dining package?

Those with a dinner package have a special line near the Japanase Pavillon. There are two, special lines. One of the lines is for handicap which includes those in wheelchairs and scooters. Some scooter people stay on their scooters; so, you do have more competition for those handicap spots in the theater. We have gotten there as early as 90 minutes before depending on the popularity of the narrator. We have never been first. Those in the special handicap line get to go in the theater before all others. You want to be in that line.

Is the handicapped line for people with packages only? Or for anyone?

I am worried that I may just not want to get my hopes up about this. There is no way my daughter can wait in line for 90 min, and there is no other adult in our party to hold our spot.

Does anyone feel like it would be easier if I switched to the 5 pm show since it's less crowded? I'd have to change restaurants from Tutto Italia to Rose and Crown. Thanks for your help!

Las year we had a dinner package and there was no separate line for wheelchairs. There was a separate line for some kind of VIP's but not for wheelchairs. We had to go in the regular dinner package line.
