Wheelchair access to Artist Pallette from Pool area?

When we were there last Aug we were in the springs. We have requested the springs again. My FIL willl be in a wheelchair/electric cart. How do we get from the pool area up to the eatery? We just used the stairs and he clearly can not do that. Any help?

Hi!

We were just there last week and my mom was using a scooter. There is a ramp on the right side of the pool as you are looking up at the Artist's Pallette. It is a switchback but it goes right up there.

yes, there is also a ramp area to the side of the steps.
Because of the steepness, the ramp takes more space than the steps do. So, the ramp can't be right beside the steps. If you can't find it, ask at the pool bar and they will direct you.

Thanks. My in laws have been traveling to anf from WDW ALOT and know most of the in's and out's. However this will only be our second stay in SSR and last year FIL walked as much as he could. Unfortunatly he is not able to walk as much and will rely on a scooter this trip.
