Hi there friends! I will be travelling to Disney with my 75 year old mother in the next few months, and she will be renting a scooter for the entire stay while we are at Disney. We will be renting a car as we will also be visiting some family while in the area. My question is related to getting from the airplane to the rental car area. I am planning on asking for wheel chair assistance when we book the flight, but will they take her all the way to the car rental? Or, will I have to leave her at terminal and go rent the car, then return to pick her up?

Thanks in advance for your help!

Unfortunately we didn't get offered any wheelchair assistance from the terminal to the garage where the rental cars are. Had to leave the wheelchair and the man who'd pushed in before we left the terminal building.

It’s going to depend on the pusher to be honest. I’ve had some leave me at the carousel and some take me all the way to the car. You can ask about going to the rental car. But there’s no guarantee. Some pushers are more eager to move onto the next customer than others
