Definitely Maleficent. Sure, Jafar can turn into a snake, but Maleficent can turn into a dragon. That's just beyond cool.

Maleficent will always be number one. I really like the complexities of Frollo's character, though, and Scar is just plain evil. And Chernabog is just plain evil. I mean, come on, he uses evil spirits from the dead!

Haha Captain Hook for me. It just makes me laugh because i dont think hes a very good villain! I always get a good chuckle when watching Peter Pan. But as for being the most mean villain.. either Scar or Jafar.

Chernabog by far. He's the Slavic god of death and darkness for crying out loud. He's so visually stunning, his movements are disturbing and haunting. Love him.

Plus the same god he was based on was a character in my favorite book, American Gods by Neil Gaiman.

Come on- its got to be Cruella, she kills puppies and is the very definition of skinny b----. I did see her up close at WDW and she was pretty scary.

I really like Cruella she is so sophisticated, but during the Spectromagic parade, back in 2004, Ursula picked dh out of the crowd and called him handsome so, you know there is something special about her too.

Maleficent gets my vote 100%. While she is mean, dark and sinister, she is beautiful, graceful and elegant at the same time.
