What's Your Newest Favorite Food?

These Risotto Rice Crackers. They are made by the company that makes those bagel chips.

Large green olives stuffed with blue cheese. I only buy about 10 at a time from Krogers' olive table, because I will eat all of them.

I have had pickled okra before and loved it, too. I guess I will be looking for that the next time I go grocery shopping. I like the hot kind.
 

I am on a kick lately - been having the same thing for dinner almost every night for the last month.

Saute pan with EVOO. Toss in chopped red onion and some garlic. Get it going.

In another pot, boil water for noodles. Once you have the pasta in there going, throw some of the boiling water into the saute pan with the veggies (about 1 - 1.5 ladle full). Also throw in some fresh chopped broccoli, a boullion cube (chicken) and a few fresh slices of lemon. Oh, and some red pepper flakes.

After a few minutes, toss in some shrimp and cook until pink.

Drain noodles.

In saute pan, add a little cornstarch or cream cheese (to make it thicker). Whisk until smooth.

Toss over the noodles.

Another fresh lemon slice squeeze on top.

I LOOOOOOOVE this dish!!
 
I'm dieting so I've been trying some of the new Healthy Choice entrees; I LOVE the portabella marsala pasta and the ravioli florentine. They're fantastic and don't taste like diet food at all (and the portabella dish has like a TON of food in the package for (I think) 250 calories.) Delightful. :)
 
Cocoa roasted almonds!

Dry roasted almonds that are dusted with cocoa powder and a little splenda. Tastes like candy but no sugar!
 
Smores goldfish crackers. Well, all goldfish crackers actually, but the Smores ones are great!!!!
 
Ginger Carrot Soup! DF made it the other day, and it was fabulous!
 
Moe's Southwestern Grill Taco Salad ... and though it's not technically food -- I'm loving Blue Diamond's chocolate almond milk. It reminds me so much of the Chocolate Brownie drinks I use to get as a child.
 
Spicy tuna roll - totally addicted.
 
Homemade corn salsa with chips. I have never been a huge salsa fan but my aunt made some a few weeks ago and I am in heaven. She has promised me more when I see her for easter.
 
I have recently rediscovered my love of hummus - especially roasted red pepper hummus

Those are my two favorites! I've tried all of the new ones and haven't been disappointed yet. They feel like a "real" lunch!
